5 Ways to Overcome Menstrual Stomach Pain

When menstruating, your body will undergo some changes, including the appetite down or actually gain, back pain, chills, and the most common is cramping.

Abdominal pain that occurs during menstruation often interfere with the activity, and makes us feel uncomfortable. In order to not interfere with abdominal pain, here's 5 things you can do.

    Note the intake of food
    Eating foods with high fiber content is highly recommended when you are approaching the date of menstruation. Mayo Clinic wrote that eating foods rich in vitamin E, vitamin B1 and vitamin B6 will reduce pain and cramps that often occur during menstruation.
  
Compress Warm Water
    If the pain comes, lie down on a bed or a comfortable sofa. Compress your stomach with warm water. Compress can loosen stiff muscles while providing comfort to the body. Do not forget the rest and enough sleep during menstruation.
  
Stay away from used coffee
